Bumper year for Artful

As the end of 2014 is approaching, here's a quick round up of what we've been up to at Artful...Here's what we released in 2014...

Since the beginning of the year, Artful's music has become available in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and South Korea.

...next year is looking exciting with the first half of 2015's releases already in production.

We will be attending MIDEM and NAB next year, so please schedule a meeting if you're going too.

NEW RELEASE...ARTFCD62 - The Drone Zone Volume 5

Our latest addition to the Drone Zone series is a collection of moody and atmospheric soundscapes for film, drama and documentary productions. As with all of the Drone Zone series, each track has a hit point halfway through so an editor can locate this at a visual event and then fade the drone in and out where required for an instant to picture score.

New release!!! ARTFCD59 - Groove Café 7

NAB show round up...

We had a fantastic time at the NAB show in Las Vegas. Many of our sub-publishers were there and it was great to catch up with news and thank them for all the hard work they do promoting our music.

Our US sub-publishers kindly let us use their booth as a base for meetings and we met others at the usual NAB meeting venue, the Wynn hotel, where the weather was glorious by the lake at Parasol Down.

It was great to meet lots of old friends and colleagues and also to meet some new...We're excited to say that we'll be announcing some new territories over the next few weeks!!!

NEW RELEASE...ARTFCD57 - Virtuoso Piano Volume 2

We're very pleased to release our latest disk, Virtuoso Piano Volume 2. We asked one of the World's foremost concert pianists, Dr. Leslie Howard, to compose and record some music for us and we were so excited with the results and comments we had from around the world with Volume 1, we decided to release a second volume without delay! The music was recorded on a fine 1986 Steinway at The Old Granary Studio by Dr. Eric James, and then mastered at his Philosophers Barn Mastering facility in the depths of Norfolk. 

The music is dramatic, playful, emotive and underpinned by the thrilling virtuosity of Dr. Howard and we're sure it will find a place in your production.

NAB Las Vegas 2014

Artful will be attending NAB at Las Vegas Convention Center from April 7th to 10th. We'll be based at the 5 Alarm stand (our fantastic US sub-publishers)...Please call to arrange a meeting if you're there!!!

MIDEM

Artful attended MIDEM last week in Cannes, France. It was a great opportunity to meet many of our European sub-publishers and some as far afield as the USA and Australia and New Zealand. We also went to the EPMA (European Production Music Association) event opposite the Palais and met many old friends and made some new ones there.

We're now back in the UK and rolling out our new release...More news soon!!!
